pms® Offers Flexibility with New Compliance Menu
The last few months have seen an increase in the number of fines and enforcement action against firms and their senior management. pms® has launched a new range of Compliance tools to help directly authorised firms. Options range from an initial health check, which will help identify potentital risks, through to a full on-site visit, including file checking, TCF guidance and RMAR assistance. pms® has devised a comprehensive menu approach allowing firms to tailor the service they need.
Martin Reynolds, Corporate Account Manager at pms® commented "Compliance is the hot topic at the moment, with the FSA showing its teeth over the last few weeks. We have long felt that some Compliance services are only available in a packaged format which can be expensive, especially if all the services are not utilised. The new pms® menu option allows the firm to take control of what they need, when they need it, so keeping control of their costs whilst still ensuring they have the correct support they need. PMS Appoints Martin Reynolds
Premier Mortgage Service Makes New Appointment
Premier Mortgage Service is delighted to announce the appointment of Martin Reynolds to the newly created role of Corporate Manager. Martin takes up this role with immediate effect, initially on a short term contract. He will form part of the strategic Management Team with John Malone, Managing Director and Lisa Martin, Director of Operations.
